The windows version has a setup program. Just start the application and click on all the buttons. It installs itself in "c:\Program files\AnimalTracker". The exact path depends on your windows version. In your Start menu there will be a new programm group called AnimalTracker.
Up to now there are no precompiled binaries, so you have to compile AnimalTracker yourself. AnimalTracker needs wxWindows and the Xerces-C library from Apache , so you need to have the libraries and the corresponding headers installed. To compile and install use ./configure and make.
